Padelisto AI in your coach’s WhatsApp

Your coach uses Padelisto AI, a personal AI assistant that reads messages and helps the coach interact with students.

What the assistant does

Padelisto AI can understand training questions, answer about availability, and help with sign-ups or cancellations. It may also decide that a message should be left for the coach to answer personally.

Turn AI processing off

Send opt-out as a standalone WhatsApp message. New incoming messages will no longer be sent to AI. Your coach can still read and answer them in WhatsApp, and non-AI service notifications such as confirmations and reminders will continue.

Turn it back on

Send opt-in as a standalone message, or ask your coach to enable the assistant for your contact.

Talk to your coach

You can ask for a human at any time. While the coach is handling the conversation, the assistant stays quiet unless you clearly address it. This human handoff is separate from opt-out.

How AI data is handled

Content needed to answer a request may be processed through approved AI providers using zero-data-retention routing. Padelisto does not allow this content to be used for model training. If a compatible zero-retention endpoint is unavailable, the AI function is disabled.
