Padelisto is offered exclusively to clubs, coaches, self-employed professionals and other business users in the EEA. It is not offered to consumers for personal or household use.

The website, software, brands, designs and original content belong to Padelisto or its licensors. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the service under the Terms.
4. Responsibility
Padelisto takes reasonable steps to keep published information accurate and the service available, but beta functionality may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. External links and third-party platforms are governed by their operators.
5. Law and courts
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For B2B disputes, the courts of Barcelona, Spain have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
